Birthday Cakes

We had fun making Care Bear birthday cakes. I made the purple on her actually B-day (first try) and Cory helped me make the pink one for her Birthday party last weekend (second try). So if she still loves Care Bears I think we will be prepared for next year!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Corynne is ONE! Cory and I think she has grown up way too fast, especially now that she insists on feeding herself. She is actually pretty good with the spoon now.

Valentine's Day

Corynne just loves balloons and she can even say "balloon" now. This is her Valentine's Day balloon she picked out at the store. She loves using her balloon as a speed bag.

All in one year!

I started baking Corynne's cake for her birthday today and got to thinking about how fast she has grown up. I thought it would be cool to share a favorite photo from each month of her first year. Especially since I just started my blog this last month. It is crazy how in one year she has been able to go from being a newborn to rolling over to crawling to walking to painting art projects not to mention all of the talking! Hope you enjoy!

Our little girl is quite the walker now. She can walk from room to room without crawling. We also take little walks outside up and down the sidewalk. Here is a cute video of her walking and playing with her hat.

New Year

We are looking forward to wonderful year. There are so many adventures we plan on having this year. Our first adventure on New Year's Day was Monterey. We spent the day with family at the park and beach. Corynne had her first day on the water getting some summer boating practice in early.
